Planes, bicycles and automobiles, Grand Theft Auto 5 looking good in these 3 screenshots
"More screens coming later this week"
Rockstar Games has been pretty tight lipped about releasing any information or media on Grand Theft Auto V. Luckily, it looks like some screenshots were able to escape high security and find some transportation. Three shots, showing off some what I can only assume to be three transportation classes -- bicycle-naut, car-mancer, and aeroplane-gineer -- have been release for your gratification. Err, that or Rockstar just wants to show off how you'll get around in GTA V, not to mention how great the game is looking.
As mentioned above, in these new shots we get close-up shots of an airplane in flight, a very fancy "Cheeta" brand sports car, and a bicyclist riding towards a dockside Ferris wheel. All three shots appear very high quality, though likely not up to GTA IV modder standards. There's a touch of aliasing and console-caliber texture resolutions, but it comes with the territory I suppose.
Grand Theft Auto V has yet to receive a release date, but keep in mind Rockstar is usually very quite on this front until they're 100% sure of the date. This usually means that the release date could literally be within a month or two, by the time Rockstar announces it. Until then, look forward to these shots and the promise of more being released later this week.
