Activision will be showcasing Black Ops II multiplayer at gamescom next week, and by "showcasing," we mean it's actually playable to attendees. So folks at gamescom will be some of the first in the world to get their hands on the multiplayer.
As for the rest of the world? Well, Acti will be doing a world premiere reveal in collaboration with (of course) Xbox to show off some live content directly from the show floor. These streams will run daily beginning Wednesday, August 15, at 9:00 AM Pacific, with exclusive developer interviews and all that jazz.
The catch is that you'll need to be in Europe, Canada, or North America to view it. On the bright side, an Xbox LIVE account isn't required, since they'll be streaming through the official Call of Duty website, the Call of Duty Facebook page, and Treyarch's Twitch.tv account. For Xbox LIVE members, the world premiere content will be made available shortly after the LIVE broadcast (countries may vary). Everyone else will get to see the reruns at a later time.
