Silent Hill HD Collection title update released to PS3, canceled for Xbox 360
If you're suffering issues on the 360: TOO BAD!
Konami has canceled a Silent Hill HD Collection title update for Xbox 360, instead releasing it to PS3 only. The patch is supposed to rectify a number of problems, including (though not limited to) frame rate issues and sketchy audio-synching.
With luck, those of you who have the collection on 360 aren't suffering anything major, because this patch isn't being released on Microsoft's console. No reasons were given for this decision, though the publisher did issue a very brief apology:
KONAMI apologizes to any players who are continuing to experience these issues on the XBOX 360 sku.
Hey, we didn't guarantee that it'd be a great apology. Hopefully they're not completely giving up on the console, because that would be a serious disregard for all the folks out there who blew $40 on the Silent Hill HD bundle.
So how about that Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, huh? Because you know, that's hitting Games on Demand in a couple weeks.

The only reason I haven't gotten this yet was because these glitches will ruin the atmosphere and atmosphere is pretty much everything in a horror game. Screw you Konami.
Silent Hill is the reason.
Edit: good lord now I sound like axe D:
Xbox: Older versions freeze quite a bit, Doesnt have an internet browser until the next Dashboard update.
No console is better, They both have their pros and cons. Stop being so ignorant and stop being fanboys.
