Ahhh, this game. Got it really cheap ($15 I think?) in the 2010 thanksgiving sale. Really great game.

Also, it spawned this video.

i loved it too, it is still being used as a benchmark tool for current gpus that puts even my gtx 690 to work

chautemoc, I'm pretty sure it isn't so much that it's poorly optimized but that there's so much of it. The graphical difference between no AA, AAA and 4xMSAA is substantial.

I can barely run the game on medium at 6110x1080 (no AA) with 2 GTX480s as well, so AA isn't the only power whore there.

There's no reason you should be able to; resolution always has a substantial impact, especially at the extreme end.
