SuperBot Entertainment has confirmed a public beta for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
President Chan Park said the developer will launch the public beta "to the entire PlayStation nation this fall". Codes will start to make its way into the inbox of select PlayStation Network members in the coming weeks, with early access to be offered to PlayStation Plus members.
Park also responded to the "unexpected and unintended" leak that revealed the remaining characters for the brawler, as well as several stages.
"We've enjoyed reading all of the fan reaction and are thrilled that so many of you are excited to learn more our character roster and level mash-ups. However we are still in development and the leaked content does not fully represent the final product nor the incredible efforts that were made to make these elements truly spectacular. This will be evident in the coming weeks as this content is officially revealed, beginning with our next character announcement at Gamescom in a couple of weeks."
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is currently scheduled for a release on October 23 in North America and three days later in Europe.
