YES! Been waiting for this for so long! very happy to see this announced. Sad it's not Salem and Rios (speculating) but these new guys should be hopefully more badass.
I hope the 'Alpha' and 'Bravo' are just going to be code names for Salem and Rios. It would suck if they weren't in it.
I'm assuming and this is just going on the rumours that have been floating around but for awhile it has been rumoured that this AoT will feature 4 player co-op...could be possible that Alpha is Rios and Salem and Bravo is the two new guys but of course you all work as a general team but split off into teams of two.

Fits with the time of Gears of War III grabbing 4 player co-op and AoT would work quite well with that kind of teamwork/co-op but of course redesigned bro-style

i liked the first one... the second one was fun but really really ugly, (graphics need an overhaul, or at least pump out better UE3.) keep Tyson and Salem (and nolan north) and keep it Bro-heavy

I don't mind what they do with the game as long as the co-op is still the main focus of the game.

I enjoyed both games in the franchise, the bro-thing is mainly the connection between the two players and what immersed players...especially since myself and a friend I play the games with act somewhat the same towards each other. The second game did bring in a much darker tone to the atmosphere but it still had some comical moments.

So I'm with them on this game whichever tone they go with

Glad they're getting rid of the comical style the game took on in the second one. I hope they keep the 'bro' thing though. Being able to smack your team-mate when they mess up or fist pump after something awesome was great fun.

Vallando Pretty much.

I'm definitely wary of EA's intent on this. I loved the sense of humor the series has (had?). I hope to see them keep it. They better not take away my bro hug emotes...

I thought the less mature tone in Army of Two was what made it different, it was certainly a bro-type game, and now it's going to be like pretty much every shooter on the market of this type. And more grit; jesus. grit =/= good though a LOT of new games have forgotten that recently.

I'm fairly certain that's EA's new slogan/ideology towards everything
