Capcom has said it'll be adding an "easy mode" to Dragon's Dogma.
In order to make the action role-playing game more accessible to newcomers, a forthcoming patch will see the inclusion of an easy mode. Said update will be released on August 6, which will add the new difficulty mode to the options menu. Subsequently, players can switch to easy mode during gameplay when they wish.
Elsewhere, a new demo will be released on the PlayStation 3 on August 9. Entitled the Adventure Demo, it'll offer the title's opening stages through the hydra battle. Players will be able to edit their pawn character and carry its save data over to the full game.
Dragon's Dogma has sold more than 1.05 million units, paving the way for a "series of titles".
