The game will run only as well as your internet connection can deliver. The games won't actually be run on the console, they are being ran at one of OnLives facility's. The feed of the game is then streamed to you and that's how you play. So if your internet can't keep up, then there will be delays in-between your button presses and whats happening on screen.

Since this is coming from OnLive, this is 100% confirmed assuming no problems occur during development.

This sounds great. I tried OnLive about a year after it came out and was disappointed. But hopefully by now they've improved their software and added more severs around the US. This definitely peaks my interest way more than any of the other OUYA news.
