Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection bringing back two PlayStation 2 classics
Includes Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 and the original Dragon Ball Z Budokai too
Namco Bandai has to be one of the busiest publishers/developers out there, at the rate they're making games and porting them overseas. Today, they've announced the Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection, a modern take on two classic PlayStation 2 titles -- Dragon Ball Z Budokai and Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3. The collection will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this winter.
Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 is widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best, fighter in the franchise. A modern rendition of that title alone would be unsurprising, but the inclusion of the first Dragon Ball Z Budokai is a welcome addition. Namco Bandai has a talent for including additional content and features just for their fans. Both titles will include trophies/achievements, in addition to the HD makeover.
Price has yet to be determined, but similar HD compilations have typically run around $40. Again, expect the Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this winter.

Can't wait to play this again. Budokai 3 was definitely my favorite DBZ game.
I would buy this in a heartbeat.
Budokai 3? as in not tenkaichi budokai 3? Holy *bleep*ing shit, $40 down the drain. Don't know why it's skipping out on Budokai 2, that was amazingly fun, but B3 will be all I need.
Save yourself the trouble and just pick up used copies of the originals.
