MRLS could be fun with anti-air kills. Could be just what the series needs though, BF3 just doesn't cut it for me any more. Close Quarters was just a mess, IMHO.

Antipathy Agreed it was. Doesn't feel like the usual DICE. I think this may well make up for it, though.

Close Quarters was not a mess, it was something different. If you don't like it, fine, but close quarters battles have always been a part of battlefield since Stalingrad in 1942. The only difference this time was map design, which was directed towards those who care for that kind of thing.

I'm okay with it, but I'm much more excited for this and larger maps in general.

DICE doesn't have to make up anything to anyone, don't like it don't buy. Or if you have premium, don't play it.

I didnt buy BF3 to play CoD. CQB isnt bad. But, when it is the sole raison d'etre of content on a game that doesn't lend well to it, poor show.

CQB is full of people who cannot play BF3. There are a few who can play both well, but this instance is rare. Saying 'dont buy it' is stupid when you have to buy it to find out. And who are you to complain when you don't play it.

To be honest, this is just filling a hole until arma3 or updates for pr. They have both cqb and long range fighting. However they do well at both because they lack the rubbish from bf3 that makes cq a ballache.
