I can see how it would get tiring though
Personally, I hadn't really properly played a Metal Gear Solid game (other than completing MGS2) before playing MGS4. And it still remains one of my most favorite games of all time. Just an amazing game. You really have to experience it to see what I'm going on about.
""Earn the Big Boss emblem on a single-player session by doing the following: instigate no alerts; kill no enemies (not even bosses); do not continue (at all); do not use life recovery items (at all); do not use the stealth suit or bandanna special items (you may possess, but not activate them); and complete the game on Big Boss Extreme difficulty under 5 hours."
It's extreme and it's tough. I completed Metal Gear Solid IV a good 40+ times and a good 10-15 of those times were Big Boss Emblem runs it is hard to do. What I worry about is that these trophies probably aren't retroactive so I won't get the trophy for getting the Big Boss Emblem and I'm not for the life of me doing it again lol.
