Fans of horror shooter Killing Floor, gather ye round: yet another event is upon us, dubbed the 2012 Summer Sideshow. Somewhat similar to last year's event, this one takes you on the Hellride, a scary horror house ride gone off the rails. In other words, you'll be running around on foot blasting the now very real monsters about.
Returning characters include sideshow freaks Pukey the Clown, the Strange Little Clots, the Incredible Man Monkey, the Bearded Beauty, and fan favourite Steampunk Mr Foster, among others. All of them want your guts.
Next is the Official IJC Weapons Pack, which houses MK23 pistols, the FN FAL rifle, and the M99 sniper rifle.
All of this content is free to everyone; there's also a bunch of paid DLC. Got the cash? Read on...
The "Urban Nightmare Pack" adds a variety of odd characters, including an "urban ninja" and a disturbed scientist, among others. Then there's the Harold Lott DLC, which features of course, Harold Lott, an "East End lottery winner, loudmouth, and genuine yob." Okay then. "Urban" will run you $2, while dear old Harold is $5.
Meanwhile, Killing Floor is $10 on Steam for the next 5 or 10 hours about.
