Heihachi and Toro Inoue enter the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale ring
Two new characters in addition to Chop Chop Master Onion's very own level
The EVO 2012 Championship Series is in full swing and Sony is celebrating their showcase of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale by announcing two new characters and a new level too. Welcome to the ring Heihachi, of Tekken fame, and Toro Inoue, the kitten mascot of Sony Japan, duking it out on the brand new Chop Chop Master Onion themed level from Parappa the Rappa.
Toro, also known as the Sony Cat, has made numerous appearances in PlayStation games throughout the years, including LittleBigPlanet and Ape Escape. In-game Toro will have three different combat forms for close combat, range, and area effects -- his Justice, Torobi and Oni forms respectively. Heihachi will bring a familiar Tekken playstyle to Battle Royale, capitalizing on combos and powerful martial arts attacks. Make sure to check out each character in motion in the trailers below.
Sony promises many new surprises leading up to PlayStation All-Star's October 23 release on the PlayStation 3. For instance, what's the giant mech in the background of this story's header image? Another not so big surprise, preordering will net you some exclusive costumes for all characters. If you watch the full trailer just below, you'll see the skins near the end.

I just hope that Cole MacGrath, Sackboy, and Ratchet & Clank all make it in. Emmett Graves would be a bonus.
Samwise995 The picture of the roster did not have any of the characters you stated, sadly. :/
I just might buy it now!
"There’s plenty more than 10 in the roster, but we’re not going to unveil them all today. I doubt you’ll be disappointed =)"

I hope the other "plenty" characters include some of the ones I listed...
