Microsoft has said that Halo 4 requires players to carry out an 8GB install on their Xbox 360s if they want to have access to the shooter's multiplayer component.
The company said an 8GB USB Flash Drive or an Xbox 360 Hard Drive will suffice in order to install Halo 4's multiplayer portion. The latter, though, is "highly recommended".
"At a minimum, you’ll need at least an 8GB USB Flash Drive or an Xbox 360 Hard Drive to play multiplayer mode in Halo 4. For an optimal experience playing with an Xbox 360 Hard Drive is highly recommended."
Halo 4's campaign, meanwhile, is nearing completion with developer 343 Industries confirming it can be played from "start to finish". The game itself is currently scheduled for a worldwide launch on November 6, 2012.
