Looks like North America will be seeing Pokemon Black and White Version 2 in a few months, on October 7.
When Nintendo promised a fall release, they certainly weren't lying. Japan, on the other hand, got the Black and White sequels this month for DS.
The new Black and White games revisit Unova two years after the events of the first game, boasting new regions to uncover and notable changes to some of the old locations. The same goes for characters; Cheren and Bianca return as the new Gym Leader in Aspertia and assistant to Professor Juniper, respectively.
Black and White 2 also bring in Pokemon from beyond Unova, like Eevee, Riolu, Tyranitar, Arcanine, Mareep, and others -- right when the game starts.
Launching alongside Version 2 will be Pokemon Dream Radar, a downloadable experience of sorts that allow 3DS users to catch Pokemon (including rare ones) using the handheld's camera, motion control, and other tech, then transfer the little buggers to their copy of Black or White 2. Doesn't sound like a full game, but you will need to pay up if you want to play around with it.
