Everything you need
If you want the full, raw jist of what happened with MMOFPS Planetside 2 at E3 this year, today's video has you covered.
Seven minutes in length, it covers all of the game's major tenents, including empires (three of 'em), classes (Infiltrator, Light Assault, Heavy Assault, Engineer, Combat Medic, and Max), vehicles (transport, tank, aircraft), progression, teamplay (10 man squads, squad leaders, orders, and outfits aka guilds), and more. It also touches on some metagame aspects, including stats and a mobile app.

Never heard of that game before.....

BlackLabel Jun 27, 12
The first was revolutionary in that no game could match the amount of players it supported.. Planetside 2 is the only game that matches and beats that game. What makes Planetside 2 special is that it is persistent, where as in Call of Duty or Battlefield if you have to stop mid match to go to bed or to go out that is it you miss the end.. In Planetside 2 when you wake up and join the server you logged out of the night before the match is still going on. These aren't just 64 player matches these are 2000 player matches on continents that are larger than every map in the history of Battlefield combined and then some.. This game is the evolutionary step for the FPS genre.

Thanks, I see, Black Label; You can surely have a job in marketing as well
