Well, bit late to come to steam, but OK then. At least it's getting extra content.

I'm pretty sure FFVII is already a PC title. I wonder if this will come with better textures/models? Fat chance, I would think.

Still you use most of your time trying to collect gil and buy equipment. Having max gil just takes the fun away from killing monsters. Killing monsters for gil can also get you one or two levels higher...so I'm not getting this...

There already is items you can use to boost character stats, combine with the double item glitch I see that as rather pointless addition. In fact adding this to steam seems rather pointless regardless.

Very cool, I still have my CD box set from the original release on PC but at one point during upgrades the game refused to start saying I lacked a feature on my card for rendering the game properly.

If I can actually get a version that starts again that would be pretty awesome. I think I have my old saves on one of my drives.

it's a ps1 port, if they can actually post a comment about the specs being too high there pc could handle it

Yeah,FFVII was released on the PC back in '98. It did have better graphics than its PS1 counterpart,but I don't think it had anything else.

Hopefully this new version has better graphics,but I doubt it since it's fairly cheap...
