EA certainly has enough social games and apps under their belt, so they've semi-retiring BioWare's Dragon Age Legends this week. Rather than dropping the game entirely, however, they've made the game into a free downloadable title.
Folks who played the game on Facebook or Google+ will be able to import their characters to the new single-player version by downloading said characters as a Saved Game. BioWare assures the community that they're already in the process of collecting "all the data" and should be finished in the next few days. Instructions for downloading your character will come at that point, so don't panic in the meantime.
Legends takes places in the Free Marches region of Thedas and was just one source of many exclusive unlockables for Dragon Age II.
