This is to be expected, seriously why on earth would a casual mobile device have any priority over the main thing.

Would of been nice if they had reserved like 15-30 minutes at the start of the conference for the 3DS to give out some release dates for titles they announced at last years. But their reason is definitely understandable since this is their one big shot to show to the world that the Wii U is not just a Wii update.

I still have huge hope for Nintendo 3DS...Envisage Donkey Kong 3D, Super Mario Bro 2 3D, Fatal Frame 3D, Contra 3D??(Only Jesus will know and beat it), Luigi's Mansion 3D, and so on and so forth.....

A bit disappointing, to be sure, but I can't really blame them. They probably have a lot to show. So, look at it that way: this means there's going to be a lot of cool Wii U stuff.

3DS news will be tonight, 6pm Pacific Time. Go to http://e3.nintendo.com/ and look directly below the announcements bar (below the image of the Wii U). there is a box that says "Wednesday 6: Nintendo 3DS Software Showcase 6 PM PDT. I'm hoping for an Awakening Announcement, but I'm not getting my hopes too high.
