Amazon outs several Wii U launch titles
Games currently priced at $50 by retailer
Retailers are certainly a leaky bunch, and the latest unofficial reveal pertains to possible Wii U launch titles, outed by way of Amazon.
Amazon.com's product page for Nintendo's upcoming console lists a number of supposed launch games under the "Wii U Release Software Lineup" section, all of which also appeared on Blockbuster UK's lineup, leaked earlier this month.
That particular list was 25-games long and didn't specify which titles would be released alongside the console. Amazon narrows it down to the following, with $50 price tags attached to several games:
Wii U will feature a wide variety of exciting first and third party games and software at the time of system launch. Just a few of those players can expect include:
- New Super Mario Bros. Mii
- Darksiders II
- DiRT
- Aliens Colonial Marines
- Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Online
- Metro Last Light
- Tekken
- Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge (working title)
- And Nintendo Mii-based software yet to be confirmed.
For those unaware, "working title" means the game doesn't have an official name just yet. Previously, a Japanese retailer reportedly named a release date of November 18 for the Wii U, though this is also unconfirmed.

Kind of like how the Blockbuster database was just random guesses to fill the system so they had something Wii U in the system.
