Remedy Entertainment, the developer of the Alan Wake franchise, has confirmed the studio is hiring for "future generation consoles".
A slide from a presentation, which was unveiled via studio boss Matias Myllyrinne, reads:
Remedy Entertainment is looking for world-class talent to work on an unannounced project targeted at future generation consoles.
Rumors pertaining to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 successor have been spreading like wildfire since 2011. While the consoles won't receive its full unveil during E3 this year, as confirmed by platform holders Microsoft and Sony, it's been heavily speculated that they'll each see a launch by the end of 2013. Meanwhile, Nintendo's next console, the Wii U, releases during the latter stages of 2012.
As for what Remedy is working on now, a PC launch for Alan Wake's American Nightmare was recently confirmed.
