The only reason I use Origin is Battlefield 3/Mass Effect 3 seeing how you must use Origin to play the games.

Aha...accidental charges - raked in $150 million - I see how it works now. Really I don't use it and probably never will.

Now there are 11 million users how about putting EA games back on Steam.. Surely the reason you took the games off ignoring your petty reason was to give Origin more purpose, it now has more purpose so stick the games back on Steam.

Only reason they're "11 million strong" is because they force players to use Origins to play EA titles... I can't even play Mass Effect 3 thanks to the O... If it wasn't for that factor, there'd be no way it would have that high of a count.
Blacklabel agreed, Steam still does what Origin's trying to do much better. I love going on Steam, but I dread whenever I have to login to Origin.

They are only so far because they force there customers to use there service. Even when there customers blatantly tell them they don't want it, E.A. still whips out its 'Origins' and crams it down customers throats without so much as a, "Can I buy you dinner first?"

Means nothing.. All 11 million could be split amongst BF3 and ME3.. If they don't actually use the service for anything else then Origin isn't even close.

Despite consumer complaints, the numbers are still in EA's favor. They've garnered a massive community, made a lot off the service already. The how (that they're basically eliminating all other options for players who want their games on PC) is almost inconsequential.

This probably isn't going away. At the very least, it may be worth participating in their consumer input program so that the service might improve over time.
