Other PC features uncertain
Black Ops II will be supporting DirectX 11 on PC, meaning you'll get some more advanced graphics over what the aging DirectX 9 API can offer, and likely better performance to boot.
Graphics on all platforms, it's said, will benefit from a significant boost over their predecessor for once, thanks in part to effects like HDR lighting, bounce lighting, self-shadowing, and "reveal mapping".
As for other PC features, those aren't finalized yet. Dedicated servers, LAN, and the like, all seem to be possibilities under consideration at this point.
The game was officially unveiled last night during the NBA playoffs. Check the debut trailer here, if you missed it.

Also, slightly off topic: I wonder what crazy kill streaks have been invented in the wonderful year of 2025...
hopefully they increase the difficulty and quality of the game compared to the first black ops.
That being said, Black Ops did look a bit lackluster compared to Modern Warfare 2, so I certainly won't put any look past them.
And all developers are jumping on dx11 train to get more familiar with the API coding for next gen of consoles, one API feature at a time, while we pc users enjoyed dx 11 since holiday 2009!
Still great news.
