Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed announced, says it all in the title
Let's see Sony's All-Stars fly a plane or drive a boat
The All-Stars are pouring out of the woodwork this week, culminating in the announcement of Sega's Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. Sonic, his gang of anthropomorphic buddies, and All-Stars like Crazy Taxi and the headphones guy from Jet Set Radio Future are up to their old tricks. This time though, they've each brought transforming vehicles that can fly, float and drive faster than ever. Let's see Kratos fly a jet, err... that would just end terribly.
The trailer doesn't show too much gameplay beyond the vehicle transformations, but you can likely expect sometime similar to Mario Kart once more. The transformation animations of vehicles designs are very slick looking, though they'll never live up to the real thing.
The sequel to Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing and continuation of the Sega Superstars series will be coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Vita and the 3DS. It's like they rolled Sonic up like a towel and are wringing him out for every bit of juice left. Expect Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed in late 2012.

That's not fair. Sonic All Stars Racing #1 was very enjoyable, and wasn't a bad game at all. Sonic Generations, Sonic 4 Episode 2, and Sonic Colors have brought the Hedgehog back into stardom, I think.
It doesn't feel like Sega is trying to really push the property, reinvigorate Sonic, make something new and fresh. They're fine with what they're doing and trying to make the best of it.
The first racing game was pretty fun, I played a decent amount of it. iirc what I used to describe it as was poor-mans-mariokart. Was fun, but playing second fiddle to games released before it.

Cancelling Bayo- would be something Capcom would do...actually no, they'd just reboot it, give her blond hair, make her an actual slut that actually sleeps with everyone rather than be a tease and change the gameplay
But yeah I just know that bayo2 is in development. Her inclusion in Anarchy Reigns could be just fanpleasing or promoting her for her next game. Either way I want my damn witch back.
