Silent Hill HD, Downpour issues will be patched

If, like us, you were disappointed with the technical issues underlying Silent Hill: Downpour or related title Silent Hill HD Collection, Konami has acknowledged them and noted it's working on patches.

The missing fog texture problem with HD is not noted, however issues with auto saves in Downpour are, plus framerate and audio syncing issues in HD.

The patches will be available "soon".

Urgh, if they fixed the fog in the HD Collection they'd make a lot more people happy and the game would get it's atmosphere back. Personally if they did that I would actually buy the HD Collection. Instead I'm just sticking with the PS2 versions for now cause I really don't see the point in spending money on what I personally think is a bit of a downgrade in a certain sense.

Sweet they're patching Downpour! So glad to hear this, I have stopped playing the game simply because I can't fight properly when the game's framerate drops down so rediculously low...
