Skyrim 1.5 lands on Xbox 360 and PS3 today
Make sure to level your Blacksmithing before you patch
While PC gamers have been enjoying Skyrim's 1.5 patch for the greater part of a month now, console owners have been patiently waiting their turn. Today is that day, as 1.5 is currently available on Xbox Live, and will be made available later today on PlayStation 3.
For a full list of bug fixes and feature additions check out Bethesda's blog post, but here are the main details of the patch:
- New cinematic kill cameras for projectile weapons and spells
- New kill moves and animations for melee weapons
- Smithing skill increases now factor in the created item’s value
- Improved visual transition when going underwater
- Improved distance LOD transition for snowy landscapes
Bethesda mentions that the average Skyrim player has invested only 85 hours in the game, reminding us all that we've been slacking off and should go finish those awesome Daedric Prince quests. Seriously though, how long has Lydia been locked inside Breezehome since you last played? Did you leave enough cabbages in your locker for her to eat?
Expect to hear more on what could likely be Skyrim's first DLC in the coming weeks and months. Kind of an ambiguous timeframe, but at least they aren't rushing out that horse armor like last time.

I sure can't wait for the new DLC that will need a fix, and then a fix after the "fix". :/
lol don't jynx it, because maybe the DLC will only need one patch (cough hack wheeze) although for how long we've been waiting I hope when it's or if it's announce it will be great.
lol. I mean bethesda started on pc I'm pretty sure so I would think they cater to the pc gamers more but I didn't see much wrong with the ps3 version that get me raging.
sometimes I think devs get it a little too harsh without reason (sometimes) if a game dev company cured cancer then every gamer would still flame them for not curing persistant acne.
FPS rates the drop between 0 to 15 @ times ,blured graphics oppose to 360 or pc , stop being a fanboy if you bought a car you couldn't drive wouldt u be happy with the maker? wtf
Also the only real complaint is the fps drops which do suck, so go be a troll somewhere else and get something more to complain about.
I personally can make more then 2 complaints about a game to dislike it, (got a few more then you for skyrim) but if you only have two problems then why you shitting on it yourself?
EDIT: and your analogy is off since you can play this game, even with low fps.
I would simply say where do you come up or get this funny shit ded valve, but I've read enough of your posts to know that it's just who you are lol.
smithing was my first 100 in skyrim, and my second, also my third I'm sure, then pickpocketing lol
