Gonna need more than that to 'compete' with Steam. They have Origin's total amount of games beat by the 'Under $5' section alone.

If it starts becoming successful I hope they fix all of the horrible bugs and ugly UI.

What I want to know is, what is Origin offering that steam doesn't already (other than EA exclusive titles)? Why would SEGA sign on with Origin after already being strongly established on Steam? Would they be making releases exclusive to origin or still put their games up on steam?

As long as they're still releasing their games on Steam then I guess expanding to Origin is a pretty sound decision.

If they go Origin exclusive expect to see them lose a lot of money. I won't be supporting EA. I'm sticking with Steam.

PuMan they should just be offering up specific titles, not even all of them at this point if I am understanding it correctly. They also seem to be maintaining their current relationship with Steam. It's a win-win to be on both services.

"The PC Market is continuing to grow"
Despite this, the majority of our games will persist to be console exclusive or shoddy ports of console games
