Trailer shows what to expect in first Sins standalone expansion
The Sins of the Solar Empire: Rebellion beta went live today for anyone who pre-ordered the first Sins standalone expansion. Anyone who already owns the original 2008 Sins game can also snag Rebellion off Stardock.com for a $10 discount.
In Rebellion, players will gain access to two additional factions -- the Rebels and the Loyalists -- plus new faction-specific variations for existing vessels. This includes new Titan, Corvette, and Capital class ships. A brief list of other changes revealed with the initial Rebellion announcement included new Victory Conditions that allow for shorter matches, Impulse::Reactor support, and enhanced visuals.
Ironclad and Stardock also released a trailer giving us a first look at footage from the game (beta). Check it out; it's got space ships.
