Bioshock Infinite coming in October

And after all of the waiting and gratuitous amounts of scenery porn, Bioshock Infinite has been dated for an October 16, 2012 North American release on all of its platforms. The international release date, meanwhile, is October 19, 2012.

Featuring beautiful landscapes and imaginative character designs, this new installment to the Bioshock franchise looks to be as stunning as the previous titles if not better. Players will explore Columbia, the literal city above the clouds, as Booker DeWitt who is accompanied by the AI known as Elizabeth. There will be much to look forward to given what we've been able to see so far of the game.
