Metal Gear Solid 3D demo, Hulu Plus arrive for this week's Nintendo downloads
Super Mario Bros. hits the eShop
Some great stuff is available today for 3DS and Wii owners. The Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D demo hits the eShop plus all 3DS owners now have a chance to pick up Super Mario Bros. for Virtual Console. Wii owners can watch their favorite films and shows with Hulu Plus (a 3DS version is releasing later this year) and have a go with Strider.
Strider stars the titular ninja on a mission to assassinate the mysterious dictator known as Grandmaster. Strider hacks away at enemies using quick slashes with his sword and can make his way through stages by climbing walls or hanging on to hooks. Keep an eye out for power-ups that can recover your health, boost attack range, or summon various robot helpers. Try out this classic Sega Genesis game for 800 Wii Points.
Similar to Netflix, Hulu Plus is a streaming content service that lets you watch a selection of current-season TV shows and movies. Hulu Plus requires a $7.99 monthly subscription to access content though new users can sign up for a two week trial. The Hulu Plus Channel itself is free to download and only available to U.S. residents.
Super Mario Bros. sees Mario and Luigi on their first quest to rescue Princess Toadstool from King Bowser. Hop and bop on Bowser's minions while carefully making your way through the game's eight worlds. If you are a 3DS Ambassador, the game was recently updated to include save states, two-player support, and an updated manual. Add Super Mario Bros. to your 3DS Virtual Console library for $4.99.
iSpot Japan tasks players to find differences between two images. After completing a level, you can enter the gallery to learn various aspects of Japanese culture such as monuments, food, and important historical figures. Worth $1.99 / 200 DSi Points to purchase.

I'm worried that MGS on 3DS will be clunky...I might wait for reviews...RE control on 3DS is just great with or without a circle pro pad.
