iCEnhancer 2.0 mod released with trailer, makes GTA4 pretty

Another visual overhaul
The impressive iCEnhancer visual mod is back again, prettying up your Grand Theft Auto IV. Now it's in 2.0 form, and with a trailer to show it all off.
This one should be easier to get going than before as it's compatible with all patches. As well, if you're paranoid about overheating (and you should be), a more conservative DLL is included.
A 'natural' and more realistic version of the mod is expected to hit very soon, so stay tuned for that as well.

Intel E8500 @ 3.16GHz, 4GB DDR2 @ 800MHz, GTX 480 1500MB.
CPU and RAM are my problem, both were chugging at 100%. Video card was doing fine, running at about 80% clock and 1GB of VRAM.
I'm not using the temperature DLL, but my CPU temps only went up 1 degree and my GPU was at 75 degrees after about an hour and stayed there.
