I'm going to assume that a lot of people who get a Vita will also have a smartphone and both of these features will be useless. It's rather unfortunate that this is trying to be a gaming phone but not. Seems like they're just competing against themselves and their Xperia Play.

    I don't have a smart phone.

    I would find this useful.

Another useless thing added. I don't want to record a video on it, I want a somewhat decent youtube app. Sony is really trying too hard, how about you focus more on things that matter to gaming ffs.

    Beloved? The hell?
All I was saying was that I'd rather them have a decent youtube app than video recording. And yes, I'd rather them everything else to focus more on gaming aspects. LOL indeed. So silly of me.

Its a portable console. Its not trying to be a phone noob. What phone do u know can run uncharted and keep graphics up to par with consoles today? Do u know a phone that can stream ps3 games? No? Didnt think so.

Yes..Yes..Yes...they're nice functions, but not essential...I want mind blowing gameplays & graphics from Vita games...That's what I want most...

P.S. In terms of mind blowing graphics Nintendo 3DS & Capcom did an incredible job with Resident Evil: Revelations!!! I wish Vita games were that good

Doesn't change the fact that it's trying to do too many things. Smarphones would be more practical for these features and surely a majority already own smartphones. People are already skeptical about buying the $250 model(which is the same price the 3DS launched at, and due to having shit launch titles, had to slash the price) this feature isn't going to help sell $300 models when most have a phone that does this anyway. This needs to focus on gaming, like it(gaming machine) should.
