Never get lost again
PlayStation Vita hasn't been launched outside of Japan yet but it is receiving major features that may pop up in other regions one day. Firmware update 1.6 adds the ability to record video and introduces a new map application.
The map application is likely only usable with GPS-equipped 3G Vitas as it offers positional information plus you can look up walking and driving directions from your current location. You can also view satellite images while using the app.
As for video recording, that is done through Vita's photo application using simple controls on the touch screen. Sony did not give any details on how long recordings can last.
Sony also recently released a Mac version of its Content Management Assistant program so you can move content between your Vita and computer.

I would find this useful.
All I was saying was that I'd rather them have a decent youtube app than video recording. And yes, I'd rather them everything else to focus more on gaming aspects. LOL indeed. So silly of me.
P.S. In terms of mind blowing graphics Nintendo 3DS & Capcom did an incredible job with Resident Evil: Revelations!!! I wish Vita games were that good
