In "extremely limited" supply
In addition to the Vita First Edition Bundle, Sony is offering an "extremely limited edition" Launch Day 3G Vita bundle priced at $299 (the same cost of a 3G Vita purchased by itself). Included with this new bundle is an 8GB memory card, a free PlayStation Network game when you sign up for a 3G data plan with AT&T, and 250MB DataConnect Pass session.
Some retailers have already opened pre-orders for the Launch Day bundle so reserve one quickly if you're interested. Launch Day bundles hit stores on February 15 if you want to try your luck getting one in person.

Nice though, the FE Bundle comes with the 4GB memory stick.
My advice is that just grab a cheaper Wi-Fi deal/bundle and then trade it in for a better Vita model in the next two years time...
The only redeeming extra is the 8GB memory card. However, if I were to get the Vita, I'd use it to its potential meaning I'd want far more than 8GBs. I could fill 8GBs on the PSP easily, and I think it's safe to assume these games are bigger.
