Wow, that sucks...why would they just stop...They could at least just say "Anytime soon" But no, They say there done with it. It's just heartbreaking to watch them just give up on a series, i hope to god they don't do that to R&c.

I think this was an ideal time to move on. Resistance 1 was good, Resistance 2 was average and Resistance 3 was great. They are ending the series on a high and are ending their exclusive partnership with Sony on a high as well.

Insomniac could easily drag the series out but they have an exciting new partnership with EA and I congratulate them for moving on. Lesser studios would drag a title such as Resistance on for far to long for the sake of money.. Insomniac don't want to do that and that is a great thing.

Yeah, I completely agree with BlackLabel. Although I thought that Resistance 3's ending was perhaps a bit anti-climactic, it was still a great game and I'm glad they're not ruining the series with spin-offs and pointless sequels. Props to Insomniac.

Good. Wouldn't want them to chug out a Resistance game on par with All 4 One, especially after the surprisingly fantastic Resistance 3.
