Resident Evil 6 announced for November 2012, starring Chris and Leon
Takes place 10 years after Raccoon City incident
Resident Evil: Revelations and Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City have yet to be released, but Capcom has gone ahead with another Resident Evil announcement. That's right, Resident Evil 6 is coming out later this year, on November 20 for Xbox 360 and PS3, with a PC version presumably due later.
Technically, this should be Resident Evil 20-something, but we'll go with "6." The game is set 10 years after the outbreak in Raccoon City and brings together RE favs Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield. The former was just hanging out with his good buddy, the U.S. President, and the latter had just arrived in China on BSAA business when the threat of bioterrorism hits.
A new cast of characters will also be introduced, each with their own "unique perspective and involvement." Anyone else curious about the size of Chris' biceps?

i know ill probably never get another old school RE again, but hopefully they can make this one, you know, scary.

Maybe an excuse to bring back Wesker? I don't know it seems a bit odd.
It just has a darker atmosphere that's all. Beyond that this actually looks like an improvement over RE5. A great improvement, I was disappointed not only that RE5 wasn't horror but it was pretty much RE4 with co-op and a subpar plot.
I hate the action part of it but Leon actually looks like he's a likable character, I'm loving his new look. And did Chris get thinner? Or at least more human sized? Also why no Claire capcom? ;_;

P.S.S. Leon's hairstyle is too daggy and too 90s for today's fashion/men...Should use Ivy league haircut instead...
I hope more crazy B.O.W's show up. I miss the fun ones from Resident Evil 1.
I've learned to accept that. That said this game seems like an overall major improvement to RE5 and that's what I'm most interested about, I just wish Capcoms marketing team would drop the whole horror charade they got going on (especially with this trailer).
