Beat Hazard Ultra, a shoot-em-up fueled by music, is one of the more unique titles around, and by no coincidence, one of our favourites. If you haven't had a chance to play it on PC or console yet, or even if you have, the game is on its way to iOS, so you'll be able to blast baddies and beats portably.
The iPhone/iPad version of the game is a one-time purchase across both devices, and lets you play along to songs from your iTunes collection or Internet radio stations.
Android users: unfortunately we have to let you down. Developer Cold Beam Games says due to the platform's limitations in music analysis, there are no current plans to bring it over, but who knows what the future might hold.
Beat Hazard Ultra will arrive "soon" on iOS.
