I dont really see a point in whether DRM is on. Could someone tell me whats happens if DRM is always on?

gligar Always on DRM means you have to be online all the time. Basicly if you have no internet, you cant play.

It can be frustrating even for people with Internet, as your ISP can be doing maintenance, or your wireless might be unreliable, or maybe you'd like to bring your laptop on a trip and play, etc.

Also, sometimes the publishers servers go down or if it's old, they stop supporting the game. It's a serious issue for a lot of people.
