Spider-Man: Edge of Time trailer shows off combat skills

See the fighting styles of both Spider-Men
To commemorate the launch of Spider-Man: Edge of Time, Activision has put out a new trailer showcasing how the two Spider-Men fight their battles. Spider-Man 2099's suit allows players to deceive and disorient foes while Amazing Spider-Man relies on raw agility for speedy feats and evasive moves.
Of course, a good old-fashioned pummeling works as well. 2099 employs all sorts of whirling acrobatic moves to clobber Alchemax goons. Amazing Spidey prefers mixing in his web-slinging powers to hurl himself at enemies and make comically oversized fists.
Spider-Man: Edge of Time releases October 4 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Don't comic-based games just come out looking so much better when they aren't shitty affairs rushed through production to be released in time to be a movie tie-in? This actually looks awesome.
