Update: The Peer Review DLC is now available on Steam and Xbox LIVE, so let us know if you see it on PSN. The new content should be accessible directly from the Portal 2 menu.
Still wondering when the Portal 2 downloadable content is coming? Wonder no more, because Valve announced today that the new co-op DLC will be out next week, on October 4.
The DLC, titled "Peer Review," will be released to all regions and platforms on Tuesday, which includes Steam (for PC and Mac), Xbox LIVE, and PSN. Also rest assured that the add-on will be free to download for all.
In "Peer Review," players continue the story of testing bots P-Body and Atlas, as they navigate through a new "mysterious" test track set up by GLaDOS. The DLC also adds a single-player and co-op Challenge Mode, which features leaderboards so you can compare your skills to those of your friends and the rest of the Portal community.
If you'd rather not wait until next week for sensory gratification, go download the third and final Portal 2 soundtrack release. And yes, it does include the various ending songs, such as the two sung by GLaDOS.
