I hope that NVIDIA users will have a difficult time as some of the folks experience difficulties with Deus Ex: Human Revolution which prefers AMD...

In response to an article about companies tweaking their releases so the people who play BF3 will have an immensely good time? When was the last time the 360 had a patch like that? Never?
Troll elsewhere please.

3DS isn't even console gaming.

I heard there were some problems, but actually never had any problems with the game related to my graphics card. How widespread was that?

yugiRULER, either schadenfreude or a wish for them to see what he's experienced.

Well, as far as I know, a significant numbers of PC gamers were hugely unsatisfied with Deus Ex: HR's technique/tendency to prefer AMD over Nvidia...It's simply not fair!!!

Wait so... because Deus Ex preferred AMD and hurt on anyone who had Nvidia... you want that same thing to happen again with Battlefield?

Well I do love Nvidia and AMD for thinking ahead and for the greater good. cant wait for the game cause I actually did build a nice rig for this.

Don't bother with him Lorx. He's just some flatlander from ohio with nothing better to do.
And THM, haters gonna hate . If the release of BFBC2 is any indication of how things will go this time around AMD users will be the ones missing out on some things. I remember when it first came out loading times were horrific on ATI cards.

seeing how clumsy and inexperienced mr. joshdude92 responds on the article sofar it's probably just a kid. not older then 11. the worst that can happen is that if you call him a troll a little too often he might start to act like one to cover up his shame. luckely today is saturday. he'll be in bed by 10.

AMD users have huge issues with deus ex:HR too, hhaa.

deus ex:HR is like the only game in 10 years to actually be supported/sponsored by ATI. how many times have you seen the 'nvidia: the way its meant to be played' animated logo in a game? 1000 times?

if anything, i hope ATI users dont have a headache in front of them with bf3. after years with ATI, i love their hardware, HATE their drivers.

ATI/AMD Drivers have been pretty boss since the 4xxx series. Not much to complain about. A few TWIMTBP game problems but that's a whole separate argument.
You'd be surprised what games AMD has worked with developers on. They don't all carry the branding but they worked closely with AMD and their test labs. BFBC2(surprisingly), Dirt 2(and I believe 3), Darksiders and the upcoming Darksiders 2, and Mass Effect 2 to name a few of them.

Supernova, I hope BFBC 3 will be OK with both AMD & Nvidia...

P.S. My main point is that 'Game for game's sake, graphics cards serve the function of palying games rather than promoting the market dominance which destroys social, political and economic context of PC gamers
