The long-running Dragon Nest open beta is finally scheduled to end, and on Wednesday, September 28, the MMO will officially launch for North Americans (and the Oceania region). Players will retain their characters, items, and other "enhancements" through the transition phase, so don't worry about that.
When the game is officially out of beta, players will also have new content to explore, with the addition of 500 new quests, ten new dungeons, and a level cap of 32. Every class specialization will also get six to eight new skills, and players will have another 250 achievements to hunt.
On top of that, the new city of Saint's Haven will further extend the main storyline, though you can also find extra quests and such within its walls. Nexon promises the rewards are "epic quality."
And for PvP? A new season of PvP ladder shop gear will be made available next week for max level players, and Nexon is adding Faction vendors for the first time. Be sure to keep an eye on celebratory in-game events on launch day as well.
