PC and 360 players have been enjoying the Beat Hazard for years now; soon PS3 players will be able to get in on the action too. Beat Hazard, if you've yet to be acquainted, is a shoot-em-up that works in rhythm to your music, and is absolutely one of the better ones out there. See our review for the full word.
Beat Hazard Ultra is the definitive version of the game, packing online play, new bosses, weapons, gameplay improvements, and more. It will launch on PlayStation Network for $9.99/6.50 Euros on October 18/19 for North America/Europe. Recently Last.FM and Internet radio support were added to the PC version; it's not clear yet if they will be included in the PSN version, but we've put in an inquiry, so check back.
Update: developer Cold Beam Games has informed us there won't be Last.FM or Internet radio support with this version as they started testing after those features were added. Additionally, legalities could prove troublesome.
