Of all the potential Final Fantasy spin-offs that could be made, a rhythm game is probably one of the least likely titles fans would expect to be released. But Square Enix proves us otherwise with Theatrhythm Final Fantasy making its way to Nintendo 3DS.
Similar to Elite Beat Agents, Theatrhythm challenges players to tap, hold, and flick notes in time with music using the stylus. The soundtrack itself is comprised of well-known songs from various Final Fantasy games such as Final Fantasy VI's "Decisive Battle" boss theme and Final Fantasy VIII's "Waltz for the Moon". You'll also run into familiar foes like Ultros while playing.
