Bethesda and Obsidian are running a tad behind with the Fallout: New Vegas content updates. Old World Blues came out later than expected, and Lonesome World was delayed indefinitely earlier this month. Fortunately, that "indefinitely" bit no longer applies, and Lonesome Road is expected to hit all applicable platforms next month, on September 20. Finally, we'll get to see what Ulysses is all about.
In the new DLC, the Courier is contacted by Ulysses, the original Courier Six. He promises to answer all your questions, including those surrounding the Platinum Chip, but only if you agree to travel into the Divide, "a landscape torn apart by earthquakes and violent storms."
Following Lonesome Road, Obsidian will be releasing two content packs on September 27. The first, "Courier's Stash," bundles together all the pre-order bonuses from way back when: Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack, and Tribal Pack. Marked at $2 or 160 Microsoft Points, the price actually isn't too bad.
The second pack is the "Gun Runners' Arsenal," priced at $4 or 320 Microsoft Points. This bundle includes a number of weapon buffs, like increased range on unique weapons, weapon mods, ammo types, and additional recipes.
