Remember Bioshock Infinite's Booker DeWitt singlehandedly taking down a dirigible? Turns out Booker started up quite a ruckus in Columbia before needing to infiltrate the weaponized blimp. Have a seat and enjoy Irrational Games' 15-minute action-packed demo from this year's E3:
The demo reveals plenty about Elizabeth's "tearing" powers, which we first saw some months ago. At this point, Elizabeth hasn't managed to control her tearing skills on a large scale, resulting in unexpected effects such as creating a portal into the future. When it comes to making smaller objects, you can have Elizabeth conjure up ammo stashes or environmental hazards to deal with enemies.
As for that huge (and sometimes creepy) mechanical bird -- named "Songbird" -- it wasn't all too friendly when it first debuted awhile back. However, we're shown Elizabeth has some kind of connection with it, as she is able to communicate with the creature in order to save Booker's life.
Bioshock Infinite releases in 2012 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
