The modding community has amazed yet again. Last year we told you about Oblivion engine mod Nehrim, a hugely ambitious and full-fledged RPG by an amateur team at least some enjoyed more than Oblivion itself. By the looks of it, a new mod from a separate team will pull off a similar feat, but this time within the Elder Scrolls universe.
Andoran is the name: a thoroughly open-world game that's also been in development for about four years. Featuring vampires, dragons, and plenty more RPG goodness, it offers extensive freedom of choice, whether you want to bound and gag an NPC to get what you want, murder them and steal their stuff, disguise yourself, or a variety of other options.

Andoran requires Oblivion, and is expected to release later this year, though English speakers may have to wait awhile longer for a translation.
