The size is likely to be small because it's only a manipulation of the current engine without work being done on the actual engine. Also the lack of textures keeps it tiny

Looks fantastic though and I'll be trying this out when my GTX 570 arrives friday. I'd rather not try a mod that makes this badly coded port even harder on my HD 4870 that's barely keeping up with the game at 1920x1200.

Yeah, I'm not sure if the graphics are somehow different from the Episodes of Liberty City, but when I played EOLC, I had to turn all graphics settings down. And it would still stutter at times. I'm running Radeon 4890 1GB. So from my experience, you need at least one of the newer cards with 1GB.

I'd love to see this running at a smooth FPS. This mod looks amazing!

The creator's comment gotten eaten up since last night, but when someone asked for his specs, he mentioned running this on an iMac. Wonder how much his hardware cost him.

Yeah, I'll be waiting until I upgrade to my 6950 from 5770, for that and a few other games and mods.

Ouch, definitely a pretty penny. The highest model with the 6970m and quad core i5 runs at $2k and one with a quad 2.7ghz and 6770m runs $1.5k-1.7k depending on the size. Although he does get that beautiful screen

It does, the only reason why it stutters in the video is because of FRAPS.

I mean, I'd love to see a video of this running at a smooth FPS, as I only own the game on Xbox 360.

I'm not really sure how to get this to work, I've never really used mods before. I did everything in the readme but I'm pretty sure there's more to do (maybe in command) that I'm not sure of, because when I launched the game it looked the same as usual, haha. Again, I don't use mods... ever.

"For those who plays GTA 4 via STEAM you will NOT able to use this version of iCEnhancer. We, Steam users, have to wait for the patch 1.2.5(beta) that supports ver 1.0.7.0(steam latest ver)." - From a YouTube user, I guess that's my problem haha.
