awwww what happened to by the 31st oh well glad to see sony come back o-o and its not world wide technically title should be

Reminder of PSN services back online for everyone other then the people who did not trust sony and made them use the rest of the world as ginny pigs o-o....but thats a bit lengthy

I think it's because Sony is still being investigated by the other countries. The local governments are concerned about Sony's security and the possibility of their citizen's personal info being exposed.

This is the reason, there was an article about this earlier. The Japanese authorities don't trust them at all.

I understand the whole issue with the Japanese government and credit card companies, but they at least have online play back now. However, I'm here in South Korea with no explanation for why nothing has been done yet. Are Korea and Hong Kong having government issues too? So many questions, no answers, no black ops for Korea and Hong Kong.
