SOE to compensate players with DC Universe Online time and in-game item
Appeasing the community with their "Make Good Plan," service still down
As if Sony didn't already have their hands full with this PSN business, Sony Online Entertainment still hasn't restored its services since a network attack forced them to shut down operations earlier this week. Unfortunately, we can't give you an ETA on when SOE games will be brought back online, but the company is trying to keep the community's displeasure to a minimum.
In their "Make Good Plan," SOE will be compensated impacted players with DC Universe Online credit and an in-game item. More specifically, community members have a free 30 day subscription for DCUO, plus an additional day for each day the service remains unavailable. The special in-game item is a Batman-esque mask for both male and female avatars, and it's purely cosmetic.
