In the face of lackluster sales and heaps of negative reviews, Silicon Knights' Denis Dyack says his studio still plans to continue the Too Human trilogy, following the first installment in 2008.
"We intend to finish the trilogy but no comment beyond that. You know, there's very public litigation around that."
Dyack is referring to a recent complaint against Epic Games in which it cited lack of support from the company regarding the Unreal Engine which was to power Too Human (SI later began writing their own engine); Epic called the claims "unfounded." Dyack originally defended the game against much of the criticism.
Whatever side you're on, it seems pretty clear a potential sequel won't be on the Unreal Engine; whether it will be all the original could've under presumably better circumstances remains to be seen.
